Authentic Caribbean Skirt

Authentic Caribbean Skirt purchased at a shop in St Kitts. Vibrant purple color with cute pattern. Appears to be handmade with seams and waistband not as finished as a factory made garment. Material seems to cotton, but there is no tag. Waist has 4 wide belt loops and skirt is flowy rather than fitted. Measurements laying flat: Waist 11 1/2 in ( unstretched) 15 in ( with stretch) Length 33 in Cool and comfortable!
