This bag is in overall very good pre owned condition. The exterior looks fine. The black is still very black and it includes the cinch ties at the top. There’s tape around the ends of the ties to enable you to put it through the holes. You can certainly take the tape off if you prefer. The edges of the bag look good. The interior of the bag does have some light marks to it. Interior appears to be waterproof or water resistant at least. Item measures approximately 15 inches high and 11 inches wide and can be cinched. Very cute bag versatile great for the beach or just kind of running errands.
