minka11 @kalairit I guess you can but I think you’d need to be very careful or the strap will fall apart from just that one tiny screw . I called the Balmain store and it can be fixed with a fee because they would have to order that part . I never tried just finding my own small screw tho . Hope that helps , it’s a gorgeous bag, I just haven’t had the time to get it fixed or I keep forgetting to do so .
