Authentic Antique 20s/30s Dress

Nape of neck to bottom of fabric 43 inches. Armpit to armpit 16 inches. Lace type fabric on bodice. No tears or holes in lace. Someone had taken hem out so the pressed “line” you see at the bottom of the skirt is from the original hemline placement. There is currently no hem. There is a little bit of stretch to 17 inches but I do not recommend relying on the stretch as the fabric is vintage. Waist is 15 inches There are a few very light spots, that a professional dry cleaning may get out? There are 9 hooks on side. Original belt and buckle. The original 2 decorative “buttons” on front appears to be bakelite but not sure. Some TLC will make this dress a collectors item of value.
