Austria Pink Flower Vintage Teacup and Saucer EUC

This delicate teacup and saucer appears to be porcelain. It is signed Austria on the bottom. No chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. Please look at the fourth picture. It feels there is a spot of paint on the bottom of the saucer which is not noticable when the cup is on the saucer, or when the saucer is down. Oh so delicate, the style and the flowers.
