12.5 inches by 9.5 inches, strap is 23 inches long and non-adjustable. Has one front pocket on the outside, then two compartments inside, both that zip. One compartment (the front one) has two pockets (without zippers), the other compartment (the back one) has a single pocket that zips. Has a slight scratch on the outside (pictured).
