August Felted Wool Beaded Flower Feather Hat

It is a brown felted wool with a narrow beaded band. The focal point is an array of a felt flower decorated with beaded embroidery, rhinestones and feathers. It has a gripper band inside that does have some marks on it. Roughly 22” inner circumference.
