What doesn't it have? The high price if you bought it from Athleta directly ($129) Someone else washing and wearing - it's brand new with tags! Regarding sizing, I wear from size 8 - size 12 normally and a M or L in Athleta - this dress fits me (bought another color, so I don't need this one).
