tlcpt @october6gal I’m not positive how to measure. With a tape measure across the waistline (not cinched-just in it’s relaxed state) they are about 14 3/4”. And then they are straight so the hips are the same. They have 14% spandex so they have a decent amount of stretch. I’m more a size 2 and they are big in the booty for me. So I’m thinking they’d fit you but may not be loose (depending how you want them to fit). I’m basically getting rid of them because they’re too big.
