They are made froma stretchy rib-knit material that feels super soft on the skin and has just the right amount of firmness. The best part? They have side pockets! I am a BIG fan of side pockets for storing my phone and other small items when hiking and working out. I wore these tights during both long-haul flying days, during a couple of hikes, and for daily workouts.
