Is this used? Does it have thumbholes and anything wrong or flaws? I always worry with relished items because the ones I reposh usually were not right and I got stuck with it or bad fit

Hi no issues and yes thumb holes. It is just heavier material than I wanted. I just wanted to wear it under a jacket when I walk outside and this didn’t fit under my coat comfortably.
