Preloved but in excellent condition, no rips, stains, or tears. Close up pics of the inner and outer crotch area, no piling or stretched out area. Black athletic pants in the wider leg, seam down the front of each leg. Front pockets, back pockets both have covered zippers on them. Wide stretchy waistband that is very soft and looks comfy. Black ribbon band running down both side seam, and across the back pockets. Polyester and spandex, no stretch in the pants, but the waistband is very stretchy. Inseam is 31", rise 12" including the wide band, across the waist is 16", size 14. Keep in mind that these have been washed and dried, so probably not the original measurements. Very nice wide pants that could definitely be dressed up, or casual wear, athleisure, throw it on over other workout gear. Still looks great!
