aimby @hillaryvanornum wow! thanks for sharing! that is amazing. ⭐ unfortunately meds are not doable, too expensive, I've had multiple surgeries & setbacks. in menopause & under high stress as a caregiver, and I've had knee surgery which makes it hard to do anything too vigorously... so watching what I eat but no progress. I bike ride gently. congrats to you!
