would you say this would fit more like an 8 or 10? does it have elastic around the waist

@anness108 hi! An XL at Athleta is a 16-18, it’s definitely closer to a 16. There’s no elastic in the waist.

@mandalinek so if I am a 10-12 this would be too big? Lots of cycling stuff fits so snug so I often go up a size
