cowgirlthreads @echo1500 so it measures about 17 inches. It has a stretch to it and I am a 37 inch bust and it fits just fine. I can wear a thin long sleeve shirt under it w no issue. It's made to be fitted on top and more of a straight fit on the bottom. Hope that helps!
