Could you please measure the sleeve length? And is the leather hard or soft?

@kimberlyle444 I took a picture but it states 23” for shoulder down to the bottom of the sleeve cuff. It’s also a nice soft leather not like the stuff is that out these days being overly shiny or stiff feeling of hard leather like a motorcycle jacket.
