Atenti tote

I think this tote is vintage, but not sure. Black/white fabric cloth covered in clear plastic. The Two pretty flowers are attached to fabric under the plastic. Straps are plastic also. Velcro closing. Black fabric interior. Don’t think it’s ever been used. Makes a statement. No inside pockets.
