First is an exercise ball (it actually has many uses), 2lb ankle weights, 3 bands for stretching, 🙆‍♀️ a back/neck roller which is truly helpful (we have a different one and just don’t need more than one), and last of all, a purple balancing board for core training. 🧘🏼‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️🟣 Approximately $85 when bought separately at the store!
