Wax kit has only been used once comes with 4 new bags of wax , waxing sticks , nasal/ear waxer sticks , protective collars everything you need including the original box and manual. I have cleaned the metal pot the best I can it is sanitized with soap and hot water but does have some traces of wax from my one use but it’s clean and ready to add you’re new wax .
