Asymmetrical Ruffle Shift Dress (Only Worn Once!)

Stunning formal shift dress by Chelsea28 brand purchased at Nordstrom - only worn once for a formal evening event! Color is a gorgeous, rich royal blue/indigo shade. Dress is lined and the outer fabric is thick, not much stretch, but likely could fit someone between sizes 10 & 12. Flexible bust I believe would fit most cup sizes nicely. I am about 5’8 and the length hit a couple inches above my knee. Photo of care instructions included (I personally have not put it through the dryer though).
