Asymmetrical Blouse

Unique blouse is a blend of rayon, polyester. It is hand wash. The fabric has a soft sheen. It is 31''long to 27 1/2'' long. the sleeve length from under the armpit is17 1/2''.It measures 16 1/2'' across the shoulders. It has never been worn and the tag is still on it. I purchased it in Seaside, Fl. and the name is q m p. The size is small but I am a medium and it fits. so it would be too big for a size 6 body.
