Asymmetric neck, bishop sleeve, crop blouse!

Asymmetric neck, bishop sleeve, crop blouse! Beautiful color. New without tags. Never worn! There is NO stretch to the blouse and it does run small. I suggest wear for a size Medium. Unfortunately I simply could not fit this blouse, but it is a beauty!!
