Astridland White Linen Summer Gown

Size Small Feminine, fluid lines inspired by dance, strike a perfect balance between uptown chic and downtown cool. Handmade in New York City. Astrid Brucker, the designer, a graduate of Parsons School of Design, started in the fashion industry on Seventh Avenue designing evening wear, suits and dresses. She has designed for numerous feature films and television shows, as well as styling commercials. While designing costumes for numerous film stars, Astrid learned about the importance of colors and textures in developing a look and style for each story’s character. Her design approach translates easily to her limited edition dresses, bags, scarves and jewelry. Both function and aesthetic inform the embellishments of the collection.
