Asos LS Skater Dress with beautiful beading

Dark blue long sleeve above the knee skater dress. The back had a zip closure to waist, then a sleek opening with a 4 button closure. The from has beautiful beading- 3 are missing but I have a large bags of beads that came with it. Sleeves are sheer. The buttons at the wrists are the same as the back. An elastic on both wrist has popped- idk how to fix that but hoping you can!
