bluecoastal So sorry to hear about the shoes. They haven't fit in about 5 years so I couldn't have predicted that they would have fallen apart. I could have done a cancel sale which would have refunded the cost of the product and shipping. Unfortuanly, since you filed a refund request through poshmark support, their resolution becomes final and all the cancel and refund buttons get removed from the listing.

bluecoastal However, I would like to make it right. The only thing I can offer you is a store credit. After all poshmark standard fees and refund review fees, I received $33. If you want to shop my store and add a bunch of stuff to your bundle, then I can discount it all down to the lowests price allowed which is $3 (poshmark's fee). And then I will also cover the $7 shipping.
