I will let you know if damage was found and not disclosed in the listing so we can negotiate or cancel your order. all items are washed or dry cleaned (if necessary) and steamed before being shipped. some items wrinkle easily and if they arrive wrinkled I am sorry! I usually ship with Tyvek envelopes and I tape the corners to prevent water from getting in. be careful opening these packages with scissor so you do not cut the clothes inside!
