As-is Tibi Isabelle Shirting Edwardian top in blue

Tibi Edwardian blouse with pleating and leather neck detail. There are a few very small light brown dots on top from storage (see last pic)— not very noticeable when on and may wash out, but I haven’t tried. Also some makeup on inside of back label. Easily will fit a medium or large due to volume.
