Asian style mandarin collar navy/deep blue and silver satin blouse NWOT

Asian style blouse with a mandarin style collar. Navy/deep blue and silver floral print in a woven polyester blend shiny satiny fabric. NWOT Purchased by me in San Francisco's Chinatown and never wore it. 🛑‼️This top is very fitted and slim. The tag says Large, but I would ignore that. Please check the given measurements against a non stretchy garment that you know fits you well. ★★ approximate measurements when flat★★ Armpit to Armpit: 17" Bust dart to bust dart: 7¼" Front Length: 23½" Back Length: 23½" Shoulder Front: 14¼" Shoulder Back: 14¾" Sleeve length top: 20½" Sleeve length under: 15½" Has a back zip with a hook and eye fastener at the top. Side vents at the bottom on both sides of the garment. Decorative "frog" style fasteners along the front and by the vents. The fasteners are decorative only, the zipper is the only way to put the top on. Decorative piping along cuffs, hem and collar. Has front and back darts. Fabric is 65% polyester, 35% cotton. Fabric has ***no stretch** Machine wash cold, line dry. ↪️ The color is closer to a navy blue; please see the last picture for a more accurate depiction of the color. The top is **not** a brighter blue like in some of the pictures. All items are from a smoke, pet and pest free residence.
