audreyverdone Measured across the chest arm pit to arm pit is 19”..added photo showing it. It’s a waist style fit so measuring the back side shoulder to bottom of elastic is 19” as well. I’m 5.4 and a 32DD and it fits me with some room. Hope this helps.
