briyahs_closet Hi No it will not change your skin the xoxo part is Stainless steel I have sensitive skin as well and have never had a issue. The name plate is 14k gold over silver the yellow part behind it is onyx which does not have any kind of metals or gold in it so there will be no issue with the name part either.
