Ashley Ann Light to medium Pink Short Sleeves Dress was part of a 2 piece set and is size 12 months. Dress has a stretchy Ribbed pink top with flowers and ribbons at waist. Lower part is a Plaid soft Tulle layer on top of a solid light pink lining. There are 1-2 small pulleys on top part where a ring must have caught the material. Assembled in Columbia of 200% polyester. Dress probably came with a diaper cover.
