As You Wish Embroidered Swim Cover Up Dress

Very elegant, tribal look embroidered black swim cover up/dress. Ties at waist. Size Medium. NOT stretchy! I thought it might be stretchy, but didn't ask and it wasn't! It is a thin fit. It did not fit me in the chest area. I would say it would only fit up to a B cup. Pretty flutter sleeves. Gorgeous and brand new!
