As U Wish Love Reign Chevron Dress w/ Belt

I don’t remember when or why I bought this dress, clearly it never was worn. It’s a size large. Still has tags attached as well as the plastic pieces that hold the belt to the dress. I’m fairly certain I bought it at either Kohl’s or JC Penny.
