As U Wish Lined Dress or Long Top, Sz XS, NWT but has Damage!

As U Wish Lined Sage Green Dress or Long Top, Sz XS, NWT Chiffon poly top layer, stretch and smooth poly tank beneath but has Damage! Caught the front on my ring prong and pulled it 🤪, also, there is a light white mark on the back, it may come out with washing. Please see pics! Measurements: Approx.
