As U Wish Cold-Shoulder Navy Dress

Cold-shoulder dress from As U Wish with sleeves that tie up into bows. Only worn twice, perfect condition. Has a zipper in the back. Really soft on the inside. Added a picture of myself wearing it, but it was a little big on me in the picture so it will probably look more flattering on you!
