Arts & Crafts Era Antique Hand Hammered Copper Bookends Sailing Ship

Beautiful set of hand hammered copper bookends from the arts & crafts era (1876-1916). Crackled paint on the backside gives these an especially amazing look. One of the bookends has white fuzzy stuff stuck to the back. I think at some point a piece of fabric was glued to it? And left fuzz when it was removed. That is my best guess. Anyway, it can’t be seen when the bookends are in use. Height: 6.75” Width: 6”
