Absolutely brand new has never even been swatched. I just own a borderline illegal amount of palettes. REASONABLE offers considered. This has a mixture of mattes and metallics. It's a great and convenient size if you want to take a palette on the go for touch up. There are corner magnets to hold the lid shut.
