Artisan Velvet purse necklace

This is hand made starting with purple velvet. The velvet is sewn into a purse. The purse is lined with floral fabric. Purse is hand beaded with light blue glass beads. The purse has a snap closure. Strong beading thread is used and is beaded through the beads at least two times (fringe) and three times (necklace chain). Chain is 26 inches. Purse is 4 by 2.25 inches excluding fringe. This is a ooak hand made item.
