This is a gorgeous vintage Artisan designed sterling silver and multi-gemstone pendant - I don’t see any hallmarks, however it still has original tag - About 1-3/4” tall - Genuine gemstones of lapis, peridot and a amethyst heart - All secure bezel setting and a lovely ball design pendant - Excellent condition
