Artisan Necklace Blue/Gold Boutique Designer Multiple Beaded Strands

I sourced several different styles of these types of necklaces from a gentleman that has been in the jewelry business for over 39 years. He had this piece (and others I will be posting later) designed (by him) and handmade in India 20 years ago. He has been selling them ever since but is now getting out of the business.
