Sooo light airy and pretty in blues and pinks mosaic design. Like harem culottes w/tie waist over waffle elastic just pull on and tie to your exact size. Never worn or washed. Just bought wrong size. Rayon is so nice. Dress up or wear with T or tank. Boho coastal casual. Waist is 17” flat rise is high 11” inseam is 20.5”. Top to bottom 32”. Amazing!
