Artisan NY Flow Skirt

Colorful, flow midi skirt. Artisan NY. Stretchy waistband. Although an XS, can fit larger than XS bodies, depending on where you want the waistband to lay. It can also be adjusted to different lengths. If on hips, I would say it’ll be about mid calve length. If pulled up high it could hit the knee. I can measure skirt dimensions if needed. It has a slit on the side.
