Arthur Pepper Vintage signed ART Gold tone Cha-Cha , Purple & Pink Grapes Brooch. Arthur Pepper’s Mode-ART jewelry company started in NYC from late 1940’s-until early 1970’s. These grapes are acrylic and have iridescent coatings with an additional coating added making it look a little like morning dew. Pre-owned vintage very good condition. * please note in some photos of the beads look like there is some discoloration or wear on them, however, it is the treatment added to the coating of acrylic beads.
