Art of Adornment black & purple victorian goth mini top hat

This mini top hat is sooo freaking cute!! 🖤 It was handmade by Elaine Foster of Art of Adornment. She isn't currently selling any hats on her website at this time and this one was either one of a kind or part of a VERY limited series. I think I only wore it once or twice.. It's a black velvet hat with a purple hat band, black & purple feathers, and a black flower with purple sparkle detail. Please note that it's a MINI top hat, not a full size one. It's about 4" tall and the base is about 7.25" x 6.75". It has a comb and an elastic band on the underside of it to help secure it to your head.
