Art class L (10/12) Girls

My girl is to tall and she only wore it 2 times. She is 5ft 6in and it is too short. Had it for 6 months. It is size Large (10/12) girls. Nothing wrong with it. No stains or tears. The clear things are for hanging on a hanger. Comes from a smoke free and pet friendly home. My pets are not around the items I am selling
