Beautiful piece with no chips or cracks. I have not polished the silver, but I believe it is silver plate. No makers mark. The lady has a mirror in her hand and jewels on her gown. The blue bowl is glass and is vibrant blue. Stands about 5” tall and 6” wide. Let me know if you have any questions.
