Art Nouveau Picture Frame

A beautiful example of Art Nouveau with Anemones in a antique brass metal. Back velvet is in excellent condition and all swivel pins are working. Likely manufactured in 1930’s since that’s when Phillips head screws were invented. Fits a 3.5” x 5” photograph. Outer dimensions are 5” x 6.5”.
