Art Glass Owl Hand Blown Paperweight Figurine Multicolored

I dont know the maker of this owl. It does not appear to be signed. It does look like there was a sticker on the bottom of it at some point. Please review photos carefully and let me know if you would like more information. This is a substantial piece of art glass. Im sure somebody out there will know the maker and let me know !
