Art Deco ruched layered evening gown

This dress is absolutely gorgeous! The way its ruched and layered, with the front being shorter than the back (layering to longer sides from the front slit) it flows and flows and flows. It has a rhinestone line around the whole dress at an empire length (under the bust) but this dress is not an empire gown. The way it was designed to fit the entire bodice is anything but. ps....I am sorry but I have no idea where the tag went. It was loose and now its gone.
