Art Deco c.1930 EGYPTIAN REVIVAL Lapis Blue Czech Ormolu Faceted Glass Necklace

This is an Art Deco necklace from the 1930s, made of lapis Czech glass. The pendant is a rectangular bar with a bezel-set cabochon glass stone in lapis blue color with green rhinestone set in a floral ormolu metal detail. The faceted beads have ornate gold tone caps and sphinx:pharaoh gold tone panel on each side. The necklace is 20 inches long from end to end and has a round link chain with a spring ring closure. The necklace also has faceted glass secondary stones and is handmade. This piece has some wear on spring ring due to age but is in overall excellent condition.
